You Don’t Need to Buy These Foods Organically

Eatingwell.com gives us the top foods that you don’t need to purchase organically. The Environmental Working Group’s Shopper Guide to Pesticides classifies fruits and vegetables that have the highest to lowest pesticide residues. The following are just some foods that are least likely to be tainted with pesticides residues.

  1. Onions
  2. Corn
  3. Pineapple
  4. Avocado
  5. Asparagus
  6. Sweet Peas
  7. Mangoes
  8. Eggplants
  9. Cantaloupe
  10. Kiwi
